Two New Grandchildren!!

I have been a little lazy about posting to this blog. Most of my time is spent on Jordan's mission blog which I update every week. In the interim we have had two new grandchildren in the family. Scott and Mandy have added a baby girl, Aubrey, and TJ and Kimberly have had a little boy, Jackson. Everyone is doing fine and they are growing like weeds. It is amazing how quickly time passes and everything that happens. I thought it was crazy with five kids at home, but now that most of them are out of the house it is even harder to keep track and follow up on everything that is happening. One of the great things about having your children grow up is the advent of grandchildren. Grandchildren are the payoff for all of the blood, sweat and tears of raising children. Seth is our first and we now have two more on the way. The other great thing about grandchildren is that your kids are raising them.

Whitney and her dance company

Whitney has been involved in dance for several years, she is quite an accomplished ballet dancer and helps instruct at the Academy of Ballet. She is a pretty young lady and I own several guns in an effort to protect her!!

This family portrait was taken the night that Jordan was set apart as a full time missionary. We won't see him for two years and so this group won't be together for some time. We will miss Jordan but we are excited to hear about his activities and progress.
